Decima Clay Studio is a small, well-equipped pottery studio in Central London (SE1), just a short walk from London Bridge and Borough stations. We specialise in bespoke private workshops and offer a reliable and efficient kiln firing service.
All private sessions include unlimited materials, with no hidden fees. We work with a selection of premium clays, underglazes, and unique finishes. Our experienced tutors – all professional artists and Royal College of Art graduates – provide expert guidance in a relaxed, creative environment.

For groups 1-7 people.Planning a small team-building session or family/friends event? We host small groups in our well-equipped studio in SE1, with a choice of interesting techniques: Kurinuki, Nerikomi, Marbled Porcelain or Hand-Building. Everyone makes their own one-of-a-kind pieces to take home.

For groups 8-40 people.We'd be delighted to host your large group event, whether it's a corporate team-building day, a birthday or a hen-do. Our beginner-friendly hand-building classes let everyone design, build and paint their own pieces in a single session. No experience needed, just a willingness to get your hands muddy and have fun. Large events take place in our friendly workshop space in SE1, or we're happy to come to you or suggest alternative venues you can hire.

Need support with your ceramic practice? We offer one-on-one technical consultations and tutorials, led by experienced ceramic artists and technicians. Perfect for troubleshooting, refining techniques, or deepening your knowledge — tailored to your specific needs.
